Dr. Christine Bartholomew has joined the Lake Marion Chiropractic Center to create a place of positive energy and relaxation for patients who receive excellent chiropractic care. She is happy to look after her patients of all ages, whether they are children her age or very young, and supports a patient who needs a crown or dentist's teeth.
Her goal is to obtain certification in pediatric chiropractic, and she enjoys working with her patients, planning treatment plans, and answering a variety of insurance bill questions. Dr. Christine studied at Northwestern Health Sciences University and loves to continue to learn more ways to care for and treat patients of all ages. She continued her education at the University of Minnesota, where she earned her PhD in chiropractic in 2009.
Dr Christie was also selected to take part in a programme abroad for clinics in Brazil that treated thousands of underprivileged people, young and old. After her stay, she completed a residency in Kansas - based at Via Christi Health - as an assistant professor of chiropractic at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Dr Couillard has treated athletes at the Rio de Janeiro Olympics, Brazil, as well as in the US, Canada and Australia.
In addition, Dr. Couillard is an FMS-certified functional motion monitor and a member of the Functional Movement Screening Institute (F MSI) at the Mayo Clinic. In addition to his full-time clinical and educational duties, he was an assistant professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School and an associate professor of neurology at Minnesota State University, St. Paul. He won the 2012 Senate election in Minnesota and became one of only four physicians in the Legislature, half of whom are Mayo Clinics graduates. Mayo Clinic alumnus and Minnesota State Senator Matthew Dolan, DFL - Minneapolis, is also running in Minnesota's legislature for the Senate.

With a strong focus on study, Dr. Christie completed his clinical requirements early, behaved himself and worked in a chiropractic office for four months after graduation.
Today, he lives in the Twin Cities and has a special interest in fly fishing, holding a freshwater aquarium and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. Dr. Christie lives with her husband, Tony, who runs the office, oversees rehabilitation and her son, Camdon, who has been playing sports and other activities in Lakeville and has been regularly updated since he was born. Dana likes to ride her bike and road bike, to run and do yoga, but in her free time she likes to be outside the door, swimming, paddling and enjoying the sun.
